Rehabilitation plans
1.For pain:
Nerve glide/mobilization :Peroneal nerve;
Soft tissue manual therapy (Rt IT band 、quadriceps and lt triceps surae);
Bone reset :reset the fibular
2.For ROM:
Ankle dorsiflexion: Manual therapy for triceps surae fascia and stretching
Knee flexion: Manual therapy for quadriceps fascia and stretching
3. For strength
Compex strengthening: Gluteus maximus strengthening and quadriceps strengthening
4.For Motion pattern:
Correction training for hip, ankle, knee motion during squat down
Rehabilitation outcome:
1.Comparison of ROM before and after treatment
