As a seasoned Physical Therapist, Jing has worked throughout the continuum of care in both acute and sub-acute hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and home health settings. She has developed and implemented a wide variety of rehab programs for both children and adults including orthopedic, neurologic, cancer, cardiopulmonary, cardiac, intensive care, general medicine, and sports medicine patients—and joined the GRS-HS team in 2016 as a Regional Clinical Director.
Jing earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Dominical College in New York, is a Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New York, and is a member of both the American Physical Therapy Association and the American Health Information Management Association.
An experienced healthcare entrepreneur and researcher, Willie has a deep understanding of the critical distinctions between the policies, structures, and reimbursement methods of the U.S and China rehab & senior care industries. He was the co-founder of a U.S. based home healthcare company and has extensive R&D experience in American hospital and pharmaceutical settings, particularly in the areas of pharmacology and cancer antibody mutation.
Prior to joining GRS-HS, Willie served as a Research Assistant at the Imaging Center of the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He earned his Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois. He currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the Qinhuangdao Preventative Medical Association, Rehabilitation Division.

·  Worked in China Rehabilitation Research Center - Beijing Bo'ai Hospital for 8 years,responsible for mastering medical insurance policies, reviewing admission and admission expenses and checking collection, outpatient and inpatient medicationand diagnosis and treatment specifications, etc

Gary brings more than 40 years of healthcare experience, with a strong focus on geriatric populations. After serving for 19 years as Chief of Geriatric Medicine at the Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill, PA, Gary joined Genesis HealthCare in 1997. He has since served as an attending physician, Medical Director, Regional Medical Director, Senior Medical Director and now VP of Medial Affairs for the Central Region.
In addition to being Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Gary holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Geriatric Medicine and is a Certified Medical Director through the American Medical Directors Association. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia.
